Flip and
Fun Educational Gymnastic Classes

Flip & Fun Educational Gymnastics is a program
that allows your school aged children to learn gymnastics skills on all
the Olympic events while having fun in a safe and friendly environment.
Gymnastics skills are just a small part of what your children will
learn in these classes: They will also learn Respect, Listening,
Self-Confidence, Hand & Eye Co-ordination, Team Work, Strength and
Flexibility.
GRADE
LEVEL CLASSES
Gym-Nation offers grade level classses to all beginner
gymnast. These grades are seperated into two groups, 1st-2nd grade and
3rd - 7th grade. These classes focus on
beginner level skills on the four olympic events; bars, beam, floor and
vault.
ADVANCED
EDUCATIONAL
As you child progresses through the skills we will
move them into the advanced level class. This class will focus on
pre-level 4 gymnastics skills that will get them ready for the
recreational team.
RECREATIONAL
TEAM
The Recreational Team is an advanced level 4 - 8
recreational class that has the option to compete in non-sanctioned
gymnastics meets at USAG levels.
High School
Gymnastics - Call for times
1 time a week $50 a Month
2 times a week $80 a Month
Private Classes
Private Classes for two or more students are available for Preschool,
Tumbling or Educational. Talk to your favorite coach or the front desk
for more information.
