Patrick Jordan is the
head-coach and owner of Gym-Nation Gymnastics
& Cheerleading in Mason, Ohio. As a gymnastics coach, Patrick has
become well known in the national coaching community for qualifying
numerous athletes to regional and national competitions since taking
his first coaching job in 1986. Throughout his 25 year career, he has
coached gymnasts of all levels from 2 year olds in movement education
classes up to girls competing in international competitions. He loves
the process of watching children progress regardless of the level they
are currently training. Patrick began his involvement with the sport of
gymnastics when he was just 4 years old and loves it as much today as
he did when he first started. He continues to have a passion for the
sport and enjoys watching kids develop physically and mentally while
having fun and staying active. Patrick loves spending time with his
family, especially his wife Susan and daughter Emma. To know Patrick is
to also know his love of fishing. He often refers to his yearly fishing
vacations in northwest Ontario as his “Sanity Retreat”. In his free
time, Patrick enjoys running, biking, and playing golf.
As the
head-coach of the Gym-Nation optional teams, Patrick has coached the
Gym-Nation
optional teams to many successes including 7-Ohio State Team Titles;
1-Level 9 National Champion; 1-Level 10
National Champion; 2-Region 5 Champions; 85-Individual Ohio State
Champions;
and 12-Ohio State All-Around Champions.
