CHECK-IN: 15 Minutes Before Start Time.
COURSE INFO: There will be a Course Video for the different age groups available here (and email) a few days before the competition to help prepare the ninjas on what they'll
face. There will be time for questions as well. The ninjas will also have a Guide Coach reminding the them where to go on the course.
Extra Strength Challenges
Ninjas will also test their strength skills on certain challenges. Possibly the "Rope Climb" & "Grip Switch" Challenge.

Spectators: Family and
friends are included in the competition fee. There will be certain viewing areas for guests.
AWARDS: Each age group will have it's own Awards for each course/strength challenge after competition! Trophies for Top 3 on Ninja Course. Top 3
Medals per Strength Challenge.
WHAT TO WEAR: CLEAN Gym Shoes MUST be worn. Athletic clothing: Competition or other T-Shirt / Shorts or active leggings. Liquid
Chalk is allowed.

Gym-Nation competes with and belongs to the World Ninja League (WNL - Midwest Region). Ninja Course will be run like the
WNL.
The World Ninja League is designed to challenge all age groups,
with athletes being scored based on how many obstacles they complete without falling in the fastest time!
