Options to turn in Waiver: 1) Hand in at Gym-Nation Front Desk OR Fill Out a Copy at Gym-Nation Front Desk by 11/20/25. OR

Gym-Nation Teams will be participating in the Liberty Center PARADE/TREE LIGHTING on Saturday, November 22nd. The parade features several local businesses/teams! We hope your athlete can participate. 

When: Saturday, November 22nd

Parade Time: 5:30-6:00. 

Drop Off/Meet Up at PACSUN in Liberty Center (See Map Below): Between 4:30-4:50 for parade staging

Coaches to look for at PACSUN: Julie Flanders, Parker Horr, Mia Adams

Wear:

Gym shoes. (Walking in the parade)

Layer underneath if needed.

Gymnasts: Red, White, & Blue attire. Ideas:  Shirt/pants. Shirt that says Gym-Nation is preferred.  

Ninjas: Red, White, & Blue attire. Ideas: Competition Ninja Shirt preferred (if you have it). American Ninja Warrior shirt, or Gym-Nation shirt with the color theme.

CONTACT: Use the BAND App CHAT feature if you need to reach a coach the day of the parade.

Coach Patrick Clark will be part of the professional Dicken's Carolers in the parade, then singing in the mall afterwards. He has been in this parade every year since it's started. Fun time for familes!

Parade Participant Drop Off 

Parents will meet a Gym-Nation coach INSIDE Liberty Center at PACSUN in Hallway. Coaches will take Gym-Nation athletes to the staging area with Patrick Jordan at the truck. The coaches meeting athletes will take turns walking them to the staging area. There will be a coach at PACSUN between 4:30-4:55. Please be on time. It will be crowded.

Parents Watching or Walking in Parade: 

1) You are welcome to drop off your athlete then find a spot to watch the parade on the street. The parade will start promptly at 5:30pm.

2) You can walk in the parade with your child. We recommend 8 & under have a parent walking. 

Meet Up AFTER PARADE: Meet back at PACSUN with Coaches. Coaches will remain at PACSUN until all athletes have been picked up. Thanks for meeting back as soon as possible. Please enjoy shopping after the parade/tree lighting.
